As part of our Quality Management System, we undertake rigorous approval, monitoring and review procedures for all consultants, suppliers and subcontractors. We ensure only competent and adequately resourced companies are approved to work with us.

The appointment of contractors will be on their ability to safely meet the requirements of the contract, giving due consideration to quality, environmental performance, programme, and budget.

McAleer & Rushe Ltd sets appropriate training standards for its contractors with particular reference to the operation of mobile plant, working at heights and other identified high-risk tasks.

Our procurement teams actively seek to collaborate with clients, consultants and suppliers to develop sustainability principles, including protecting human rights and promoting fair employment practices.
