The office component comprises of 114,000 sq. ft on 6 levels, over ground floor which will comprise type a1,a2,a3 retail units, and a carpark of c. 56 car parking spaces.
The site is strategically located in Belfast City Centre, with strong pedestrian linkages to Donegal Place, the main retail core, and Donegal Square, surrounding The City Hall.
The site location is identified as a key opportunity site within the Inner North West Masterplan draft, where there is a strong regeneration agenda to bring a neglected area of Belfast City centre back to life.
The design will seek to complement the strong architectural rhythms and cityscape within the immediate context, offering a strong design solution within an excellent location for business and leisure alike.
