The Company has completed multiple projects for the Dalata Hotel Group Plc under its Maldron brand together with numerous hotels for The Jurys Inns Group, Marriott under their W brand, IHG for their Staybridge Suites brand and Accor for their Novotel & Ibis brands.

Current activity includes c.1550 bedrooms with GDV of approx. £200m, with projects completed extending to c.4600 bedrooms.

Development strategy is focused on securing well located sites in London and regional cities close to public transport and principle business / leisure districts suitable to operators in the budget and mid-scale sectors

MRP has previously completed 1.36m sqft office accommodation and has a current development programme extending to 1.15m sqft with a GDV of £355m.

The Company is focused on delivering high quality sustainable buildings meeting current occupier requirements for flexible working space and current Grade A specification to include necessary necessary data and technology infrastructure on prime sites in leading regional cities.

Having developed approximately 337 apartments for private purchase through previous activities, MRP is currently focused on delivering 1200 units of city centre accommodation with a GDV of £236m to meet the needs of the private rented sector.

With extensive experience in the hospitality and student sectors, the Company is well placed to create buildings appropriate for shared living to include high quality accommodation and communal spaces.

The Company’s suburban housing activities have included completion of 875 houses over 10 projects with current land holdings having capacity for approximately 3000 units with a GDV of c.£474m.  Current housing activity is focused within Ireland north and south where the objective is to deliver high quality starter and family homes within sustainable communities alongside social and affordable housing where opportunity exists.

The Company’s development strategy is focused on securing well located sites within the leading university cities of UK & Ireland where high-volume schemes can be provided meeting the needs of institutional and other specialist investors.

Projects completed to date comprise approximately 2200 bedrooms, with current developments extending to c.2900 bedrooms and £235m GDV.
