200 Renfield Street is a large city centre block at the top of Renfield Street. The proposed development plans include a new majority cluster led 381 bed PBSA building with resident amenity, and ground floor commercial. The second building comprises 167 co-living units with a balanced mix of clusters and studios, including associated resident amenity, the first of its kind proposed in Glasgow. A new public square will be created enhancing the quality of public realm and providing an opportunity for street markets, events and performing arts.
