Located adjacent to the Maldron 300-bed Hotel, the purpose-built student accommodation scheme will complete the infill of this Broadway Central city block, redeveloping a key brownfield regeneration site in Glasgow city centre.

The studio apartments provide a premium design, with modern furnishings. Amenities include a fully equipped gym and fitness suite, yoga/Pilates studio and dance studio, cinema lounge, games hub, communal lounge, dining room, quiet room, communal courtyard, and a meeting room. Additionally, the development will landscaped external courtyards, podiums, and a generous sky lounge and roof terrace with far reaching views over the city.

The luxury student accommodation is ideally situated for students, with local universities just a short walk away and excellent connections to Glasgow’s public transport network.

The accommodation is designed to prioritise environmental sustainability, targeting BREEAM Excellent and an EPC A Rating, with the low energy approach exceeding Glasgow City Council’s energy efficiency standards by 20% (Gold Level) and exceeding the 20% renewable target set by Glasgow planning policy.
