MRP acquired the site in 2016, and construction of purpose built student accommodation scheme began in January 2022. Construction was completed within a swift 18-month programme and the Vita Student residence opened its doors in September 2023, with the property fully let ahead of its first academic year.
Located at the corner of Bruce Street and Little Victoria Street, the property is perfectly positioned to serve students from Queen’s University Belfast and Ulster University. The 15-storey building features 269 beautifully designed ensuite studio apartments and is the first Vita Student residence to open in Northern Ireland. The building has achieved a BREEAM Very Good rating and includes a rooftop terrace and over 60 bicycle parking spaces.
Little Victoria Street is a VITA student building, designed to enhance the student experience, addressing wellbeing, learning, and social/community needs.
