The student development is comprised of welfare facilities, associated ancillary accommodation, external areas to include landscaped courtyards and an enclosed car park.
The 11-storey building sets a new standard for managed student accommodation in the city. While it incorporates a gym and café as well as a main communal area and reception, the main focus is clearly on the residential levels. Each floor contains a cluster of 3-6 single bedrooms, with an en-suite bathroom in each.
