The project entailed the demolition of the Belfast Metropolitan College building to make way for a mixed-use development, featuring the 237-bedroom Belfast City Maldron Hotel and a 490-bed student accommodation block for Queen’s University, Belfast.
The Elms BT2 student accommodation has been completed to a high specification, offering 490 en-suite bedrooms and a coffee bar. Each floor is arranged into clusters of 3–6 single bedrooms, providing both privacy and a sense of community.
