Overview
Cannon Park is a mixed-use student-led development that will deliver 661 purpose-built student accommodation beds alongside new retail space, enhanced public realm and a landmark new arrival point to Cannon Park Shopping Centre.
Located immediately adjacent to the University of Warwick and integrated with Cannon Park Shopping Centre, the development will transform a partially vacant brownfield site into a vibrant mixed-use destination. The scheme combines high-quality student accommodation with active ground floor commercial space, strengthening the shopping centre offer while supporting the continued growth of the University and the wider local community.
The development will provide 661 student bedrooms across a mix of cluster apartments and self-contained studios, alongside extensive resident amenities including study areas, lounges, cinema rooms, gym and wellness facilities, social spaces and a landscaped roof terrace. The scheme will increase footfall, support existing businesses and reinforce Cannon Park’s role as a key local centre while helping to meet the growing accommodation needs of the University of Warwick.
