Drury Works at 161 Drury Lane is a flagship office building in the heart of Covent Garden. MRP are redeveloping the building transforming it into a modern, energy efficient prime office building. Internally the building will be stripped back to frame, reconfigured at ground level to create a dedicated office entrance, enhanced cycle and changing facilities and a new cafe unit. The majority of the facade and frame is retained with two new floors added, along with new windows and MEP throughout. The project is targeting a BREEAM Excellent rating, and a range of sustainability features have been incorporated into the design.
MRP and McAleer & Rushe will occupy two of the six floors as our London HQ with the remaining office floors and cafe unit let to external businesses.
