Overview
The Hillsborough Golf Course & Country Club development proposal is located on a 81 hectare site on the edge of Hillsborough Village, to the west of the A1 dual carriageway.
Subject to planning, the scheme will comprise of a 152 bed hotel with associated spa and conference facilities, along with a golf clubhouse and 18 hole parkland golf course.
As part of the holistic development, there will also be approximately 120 residential units provided, offering golf course living in a location which is both convenient to commuting to Belfast and strategically positioned on the M1 corridor with Dublin.
