A prime city centre mixed use development in the heart of Bristol, conveniently located next to Cabot Circus shopping centre, and in close walking distance to Temple Meads train station.
The development will be the first major project of the new Frome Gateway framework which is a regeneration plan for the surround area between St Jude’s and St Paul’s. The proposals include 500 PBSA beds, with a balanced mix of studios and clusters, with ground, 1st and top floor resident amenity. This high quality building is well located in short walking distance to University of Bristol city centre campus, or the new Temple Quarter campus.
In addition the scheme will also deliver approx. 170 BtR/Co-living units within a single block, offering a diverse mix of unit typologies, from 5-6 bed shared apartments, 1 bed and 2 bed apartments. This residential building is supplemented with ground, first and roof top residents private amenity space overlooking the river Frome. The project will also deliver c.40 social and affordable apartments to deliver much needed affordable housing to the local market.
