The development features 270 standard bedrooms over 10 storeys with a restaurant, bar and barista coffee offering on ground floor. In additional, there are 10 dedicated meeting rooms.
Since the site was located on such an important traffic and pedestrian interface, the new scheme was devised to separate the pedestrian movement from the roads. Pedestrians would move diagonally through the site across the new courtyard and traffic would circulate around the perimeter. This system reconnected the neighbouring residential area to the city centre.
