Lancefield Quay, Glasgow

The Lancefield Quay site is located to the South West of Glasgow City Centre on a strip of largely derelict land bounded by Anderston Quay and the River Clyde to the South.

Although just outside the designated City Centre zone Lancefield Quay is well served by both public transport and pedestrian connectivity via the walkway over the M8, Expressway and the river front walk from Broomielaw to the SEC complex. The site benefits from excellent proximity to rail, fastlink and bus services.

The 4-acre site is a joint venture between MRP and Osborne+Co whom are exploring several options which include maximising the existing warehouse structures and creating a sense of village and community within the existing area.
