Maldron Hotel Glasgow City marks Dalata Hotel Group’s first Maldron property in Scotland.
Maldron on Renfrew Street was the first Maldron brand hotel in Scotland, comprising 300 bedrooms centrally located within the business district of Glasgow. The stunning hotel was forward funded by Aberdeen Standard.
The site is centrally located on the corner of Renfrew and Renfield Street in close proximity to the main shopping district on Sauchiehall Street, adjacent to the Theatre Royal and a short distance from main Transport links including Buchanan Bus Station and both Queen Street & Central Train Stations. The hotel is a vital addition to the area which is commonly defined as the central business district of Glasgow.
The 12-storey hotel achieved a BREEAM Very Good rating and includes a bar, restaurant business suite and gym facilities. The hotel has been designed with red and blonde sandstone along with red and buff brick.
