MRP has assembled a strategic 22.27 acre site in at Navan town centre Zoned ‘Objective B1 – Commercial/Town or Village Centre’, which seeks ‘to protect, provide for and/or improve town and village centre facilities and uses’.
MRP has assembled a strategic 22.27 acre site in at Navan town centre Zoned ‘Objective B1 – Commercial/Town or Village Centre’, which seeks ‘to protect, provide for and/or improve town and village centre facilities and uses’. The lands are identified under the Meath County Development Plan as the future expansion of Navan town centre and location for the new train station which will extend from Dunboyne to Navan.
MRP are working in close collaboration with Meath County Council to develop a masterplan for the site and surrounds that will facilitate the basis for future planning applications. This diverse site could deliver in upwards of 700 new homes, other forms of residential, health care, commercial and leisure facilities. Navan is within 30minutes communing distance via M3 motorway, however the new rail extension will improve these times are reduce commuters reliance on cars.
