This proposed scheme sits on a c. 1.2 acre site located adjacent to River Tyne and Jurys Inn, in close proximity to the Baltic and the Sage, with easy access to Newcastle Quayside via the Millennium Bridge. Our current proposal comprises of high specification Build to Rent Residential with generous and elevated landscaped spaces, comprising of 259 apartments ranging from studios, 1 and 2 beds within a 13-storey development. The pre application process is well progressed and a target planning application to be submitted Q4 2019.
