Overview
This development created a large mixed-use regeneration scheme for a brownfield site located between Central Station and the Trent Canal.
Conceived as a family of buildings, each use is articulated, surrounding a formal courtyard, framing the views, defining the surrounding routes and enclosing the place created within it. The scheme comprises 76,000 sq ft offices, 105,878 sq ft apartments, 12,150 sq ft A3 retail and adjacent Jury’s hotel.
