McAleer & Rushe is proud to celebrate the achievements of our graduate, placement and degree apprentice cohort, who were recognised at the 2026 Ulster University Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management Awards.

The annual awards celebrate academic excellence across the Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management programme, recognising students who have demonstrated exceptional performance throughout their studies.

This year, our graduates and apprentices received recognition across a wide range of academic and industry-sponsored awards, reflecting their dedication, commitment and outstanding achievements.

 

Award Highlights:
Eve Devlin and Ben McMenamin were awarded the BuildSoft Cubit Driving Licence after achieving over 79% in Portfolio 2 for BEN136 Digital Construction & Communication, while Tomás Mullin also achieved the BuildSoft Cubit Driving Licence for scoring between 60–79%.

Dara McGinley and Emma Murphy received Programme Directors’ Certificates for their outstanding Level 4 performance. At Level 5, Orla Devlin and Cara Tennyson were recognised for achieving an aggregate grade of 70% or higher, while Fiachra Donnelly, Ronan McElroy and Olivia Wylie received the same recognition for their Level 6 achievements.

Orla Devlin enjoyed an exceptional evening, receiving the Tendering Prize, Top Performing Students Award, MSM Contracts Prize, and the Commercial Management Prize, which she shared with Cara Tennyson.

Olivia Wylie was shortlisted for the Most Commercially Relevant Research Paper and also received the GEDA Quantity Surveying Growth, Excellence, Drive & Achievement Award, recognising the third-highest aggregate grade across Level 6 modules.
