Project Description
This city centre high end mixed use development replaces two existing post war buildings to provide office, retail and residential accommodation in a cohesive development which successfully integrates with the surrounding context.
The development incorporates eight floors of open plan large span office accommodation totalling 70,000 sq ft and 22 high-end apartments to the rear, with a shared landscaped courtyard garden and signature Green Wall.
The Site
Located in Central London on Baker Street at the corners of George Street and Portman Close and in close proximity of Oxford Street.
The site combines three separate addresses – 11 Baker Street, 51-65 George Street and 26-31 Portman Close – which occupy an existing urban block facing Baker Street at its southern end, close to Portman Square.
