Project Description
A new build student accommodation development comprising the demolition of an existing commercial building and providing 397 bedrooms on Summerhill Road in Dublin.
The 8-storey building contains a gym, laundry room, cinema room, management office, large communal/ social spaces, study areas and two extensive fully accessible roof tops. The building also incorporates a retail unit at ground floor level. The student bedrooms are split across 60 clusters, ranging from 3 to 8 bedrooms
The Site
The site is located half a mile from Croke Park Stadium. Works also included cycle parking, external works and public realm landscaping.
