Project Description
Construction of a new build 6-storey residential building comprising 79 affordable new homes of varying sizes, all arranged in a C-shaped configuration around a central courtyard that provides a communal garden for residents. The apartments have been designed to have dual-aspect views in every home and the development will be fully electric and use air source heat pumps.
The Site
Plot K1 forms part of the first phase of British Land’s 53-acre Canada Water Masterplan and situated in a unique setting adjacent to the Russia Dock Woodland and Stave Hill Ecological Park.
