A prominent redevelopment scheme delivering 1000 high quality student bedrooms in close proximity to the Portsmouth train station with ground floor commercial units and a new landscaped public boulevard to Victoria Park. Works included all incoming services and a full scheme of hard and soft landscaping, car parking facilities and a public space linking Stanhope Road to Victoria Park
The development includes a mix of cluster flats and studios and provides ancillary accommodation including but not limited to Reception, Common Room, Cycle storage, plant space, and laundry & bin storage.
