The 4-star hotel is designed to achieve a BREEAM Very Good rating and will include a coffee lounge, bar, restaurant and gym facilities.
The Site
Redevelopment of a site formally used as a surface car park and located in the prominent Chapel Street area of Salford, the project continues the significant regeneration of the wider Deansgate area.
