Project Description
Construction of a 12-storey building comprising 140,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation and to include a double height entrance reception, common areas, multiple terraces and extensive cycling, electric vehicle and e-bike charging point facilities.
The office development is designed to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating and WiredScore Platinum with the office accommodation laid out in large flexible floorplates of up to 16,000 sq ft.
The Site
The site is situated immediately adjacent to the railway station at the gateway into the heart of Leeds’ commercial district and is the last remaining undeveloped property fronting City Square.
