Project Description

CityView is a new build office development located adjacent to the Brighton railway station and Jurys Inn hotel. The building comprises 32,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation arranged across the lower ground and four upper levels with 17 basement car parking spaces and 56 bike parking spaces.

The office utilises superior energy efficient systems which minimise occupier running costs, including PV solar panels at roof level and rain water harvesting system. The fourth floor level includes roof terrace views of Brighton coastline.

Site

The building is composed of three distinct forms. A strong white rendered block, punched with tall window openings, addresses the street in a solid structured manner and forms the base layer of the building block. Much larger openings are created at street level on this façade to create a lively and active entrance frontage.
