Project Description
A purpose built student accommodation scheme on a 0.6 acre site previously used as a surface car park, the 11-storey building on College Avenue provides 747 student en-suite bedrooms across a range of unit types, sizes and configurations including 3, 4, 5 & 6 bed cluster apartments and studios.
The development also includes generous amenity spaces, a gym, commercial space and external areas such as landscaped courtyards and an enclosed car park.
The student accommodation project was shortlisted in the RICS Social Impact Awards 2020 and the Property Week Student Accommodation 2019.
