Project Description
Refurbishment and extension of the former 1970s office building St Crispin’s House in Norwich city centre to create a 684-bedroom student accommodation development.
The works comprise the strip out to shell & core of the former building, retaining the existing structure and constructing an additional 2 floors transforming into a 7-storey building with a 5-storey extension to the rear.
The Site
The building will incorporate a landscaped courtyard in the centre, a gym, study spaces and a multi-purpose event room, alongside bike parking and EV charging points.
The façade palette is made up of terracotta rain-screen tiles and aluminium cladding with a large section of the roof level designed as a green roof.
