Project Description
The mixed use development of the former Natwest Court offices, anchored by a 255-bed four-star Clayton Hotel, alongside flexible retail or co-working space and 24 new residential homes comprising a mixture of 1 to 2-beds.
The site comprises a mix of listed buildings and more modern structures, including the Everards Printing Works building, with its unique Art Nouveau façade preserved and acting as the grand entrance of the new hotel.
The Site
The site is situated on Broad Street, one of the four original streets around which Bristol was founded in Saxon times, which lay empty for an extended period.
