Project Description

The mixed use development of the former Natwest Court offices, anchored by a 255-bed four-star Clayton Hotel, to also incorporate flexible retail or co-working space and 24 new residential homes comprising a mixture of 1 to 2-beds.

The site comprises a mix of listed buildings and more modern structures, including the Everards Printing Works building, with its unique Art Nouveau façade to be preserved and become the grand entrance of the new hotel.

The Site

This exciting development will revitalise the Broad Street area of the city, one of the four original streets around which Bristol was founded in Saxon times, which lay empty for an extended period.
