Construction of a 246-bedroom Staycity Aparthotel in a mix of studios and one bed units featuring extensive guest facilities, a restaurant and an internal performance and exhibition centre.
Designed to achieve an International BREEAM Very Good rating, the 5 storey building is arranged around a central landscaped plaza, providing an area for external dining and performance space. The overall development also delivers two residential units.
The Site
The aparthotel occupies the site of the former Tivoli Theatre on Francis Street in the heart of the Liberties Quarter of the city centre.
