The 5 storey building is arranged around a central landscaped plaza, which will provide an area for external dining and performance space and the overall development will also deliver two residential units.

This aparthotel occupies the site of the former Tivoli Theatre on Francis Street in the heart of the Liberties Quarter of the city centre.
