Project Description
A new build mixed-use development comprising 315 co-living homes and generous amenity spaces, roof terraces with growing areas, and adaptable spaces. The buildings are linked at ground floor, with a clear entrance fronted by a large working yard. The yard is a publicly accessible landscaped area surrounded and activated by the café and flexible co-working spaces.
The Site
Transformation of a historic former gunpowder mill into a new cultural hub located on Trewint Street, along the River Wandle in Earlsfield. The height of the buildings vary from two to eight storeys and its layout comprising two main forms, one addressing the river, the other the railway, both orientated to avoid single-aspect north-facing rooms.
