Project Description

Construction of a further phase to the modern village masterplan named Greenwich Millennium Village located on the Greenwich Peninsula. Plot 301, also known as 67 Park Central, comprises of 135 apartments across 3 blocks, varying in height from max 11-storeys down to 5-storeys, around a central first floor landscaped podium with 84 car parking spaces at ground floor level.

The apartments are made up of a range of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and maisonettes under mixed tenure, all designed to achieve a ‘Code for Sustainable Homes’ Level 4.

The Site

Greenwich Millennium Village is an ambitious mixed-use development set beside the River Thames delivering new community homes placed around garden squares and public amenity spaces, with interlinking tree-lined streets between each neighbourhood.
