Construction of a further phase to the modern village masterplan named Greenwich Millennium Village located on the Greenwich Peninsula. Plot 301, also known as 67 Park Central, will comprise of 135 apartments across 3 blocks, varying in height from max 11-storeys down to 5-storeys, around a central first floor landscaped podium with 84 car parking spaces at ground floor level.
The new homes are designed to achieve ‘Code for Sustainable Homes’ Level 4. The units will be in a range of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and maisonettes under mixed tenure with 70% being affordable homes.
Greenwich Millennium Village is an ambitious mixed-use development set beside the River Thames and will deliver new community homes placed around garden squares and public amenity spaces, with interlinking tree-lined streets between each neighbourhood.
