Construction of Plots 401 & 403, the latest phases to the transformational Greenwich Millennium Village masterplan located on the Greenwich Peninsula. will comprise 203 apartments across 6 podium blocks, ranging in height between 4 and 7 storeys.

The homes will consist of a mixture of apartments and maisonettes, ranging in tenure and size from one to three bed, complimented with private balconies or terraces, and will be designed and built to achieve ‘Code for Sustainable Homes’ Level 04.
Plot 401 will comprise of 104 private for sale apartments, whilst Plot 403 comprises 99 apartments, all of which are designated as affordable homes for Royal Borough of Greenwich.
The Site
Greenwich Millennium Village is a thriving new community set beside the River Thames, with the 300-acre brownfield site being transformed into a sustainable district in the heart of London. Plots 401 & 403 will form part of ‘Parcel 4’ of the master development and are situated on the South-Western corner of the land.
There will be ground floor secure car parking incorporated into both phases, along with extensive communal podium landscaping for all residents to use. Biodiversity is provided with a combination of green/brown roofs and extensive soft landscaping.
