Project Description

Works included the demolition of existing buildings and construction of four purpose built student accommodation blocks comprising 533 high quality bed spaces made up of shared
apartments and studios. The six-storey buildings centred around a ground-floor courtyard, include a gym, an indoor crazy golf course, games room and a sky lounge with a roof terrace overlooking the surrounding Stoke Park. In addition to the generous student amenities, the development also includes 17 car parking spaces and 316 cycle spaces.
