Project Description

Construction of a new build Hampton by Hilton hotel in close proximity to the Stansted airport terminal. The hotel comprises 357 bedrooms, bar and front of house areas and associated parking and vehicle access.

The Site

The new hotel development is located immediately to the south-west of Enterprise House on Bassingbourn Road. The site sits within a strip of land between the operational airside land to the north west and the dedicated railway line to Stansted Airport Station to the east and adjacent land to the south-west currently consists of car parking and is mostly bound by roads, buildings and hardstanding areas.
