Project Description
The construction of a new hotel at Haymarket Square, which will be the first Hyatt Centric in Edinburgh.
The hotel forms part of the £350m Haymarket redevelopment, which will also comprise two office buildings along with retail units.
The hotel is the final phase of construction at Haymarket Square, with the completed office buildings already fully let, creating a thriving business and retail community. The recently opened Square also forms an integral and accessible place for all to enjoy.
The Site
The new Haymarket development is positioned in a high amenity area with exceptional transport links, providing easy access to multiple bus and tram services across the city, including direct routes to Edinburgh Airport. Sitting adjacent to Haymarket train station, the site will also connect passengers to Glasgow, London and the rest of the UK through regional and national rail networks.
Comprising of the hotel, bar & restaurant, office complex and retail as well as an expansive new public square, Haymarket will be a vibrant oasis of commercial property in Edinburgh city centre where working professionals and locals alike can come to meet and relax.
