Project Description

New-build student accommodation scheme on a cleared brownfield site prominently located opposite Liverpool’s Lime Street Station. The scheme comprises of 1,085 bedrooms across two tower blocks of 21 and 19 storeys in a U-shape. The units will be in a mixture of cluster and studio flats with communal areas and two ground floor retail units.

A detailed landscaping plan will revitalise the public realm area and enhance the pedestrian experience. The landscape design delivers a high quality public realm scheme, realised through natural stone paving materials, linear street tree planting and street furniture.

The Site

A vibrant student scheme, whose location, opposite Liverpool’s Lime Street station, will make it one of the first buildings a visitor will see, and a true gateway to the city. The scheme brings back into use a prominent corner plot
