The Site
This contract included the conversion and extension of an existing office block into a 163 bed Hub Hotel.
The building comprised of a basement, Ground and seven upper floors. The hotel contaisn 163nr rooms (approx GIA 4,091m2) with associated front of house and back of house facilities.
