Project Description

The luxury assisted living and retirement community development in Kew will comprise 88 beautifully designed apartments set within landscaped riverside gardens, with high-quality amenity spaces, private parking, and associated infrastructure.

Designed to combine the independence of private home ownership with outstanding hospitality and care, The Watermark will provide a vibrant, supportive community where residents can enjoy a fulfilling later life in comfort and style. Completion is scheduled for Spring 2027.

The Site

The scheme is located on the former Biothane plant site in Kew, within the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. This brownfield riverside location offers scenic views and direct access to landscaped open spaces, while being just a short walk from the world-renowned Kew Gardens and the shops, cafés, and transport links of Kew Village.

The site’s transformation will deliver much-needed later living accommodation within an attractive, sustainable setting, enhancing the local area and reconnecting the riverside with the surrounding community.

Our dedicated team of experts, from the initial design concept to final completion.
