Project Description

Construction of the first Build to Rent scheme to be delivered in Brighton to comprise 209 BTR apartments within a building ranging from 8 up to 17-storeys.

The residential development is designed to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating and will include an excellent resident amenity offering and 30,000 of sq. ft commercial office space. Additionally, the development will comprise a car park, cycle storage and private roof terrace gardens.

The Site

Redevelopment of the former Longley Industrial Estate, transforming a warehouse brownfield site into a new vibrant place for the community.

The building is proposed to tie into the existing retaining wall with access to the upper ground floor at street level to the West (New England Street) and access to the lower ground floor level at the street level to the East (Elder Place).
