Project Description

The construction of a 300-unit development, consisting of two residential buildings ranging in height from seven to thirty storeys, arranged in a distinctive U-shaped configuration designed to complement neighbouring developments within the Greenwich Peninsula masterplan.

The development will deliver a range of high-quality new homes supported by communal internal and external amenity spaces, including landscaped courtyards and enhanced areas of public realm. The design responds to the scale, character, and design aspirations of the wider masterplan, contributing to the ongoing regeneration of Greenwich Peninsula.

The project represents a key phase in Knight Dragon’s vision to deliver nearly 17,500 new homes alongside cultural, leisure, and community facilities, supporting the creation of a sustainable and thriving urban neighbourhood.

The Site

The development is located within the Lower Riverside neighbourhood at Greenwich Peninsula, one of London’s most ambitious and transformative regeneration areas. The site forms part of Knight Dragon’s long-term masterplan to create a vibrant, mixed-use urban district, delivering new homes, public spaces, cultural destinations, and community infrastructure.

Greenwich Peninsula benefits from excellent connectivity, with strong public transport links to central London and beyond, as well as an established and expanding public realm network along the waterfront.

The site’s context and scale are informed by the surrounding masterplanned plots, ensuring a cohesive and integrated urban environment.

Our dedicated team of experts, from the initial design concept to final completion.
