Project Description

Demolition of the former Metropolitan College and construction of a purpose built student accommodation scheme providing 490 en-suite and cluster bedrooms, communal areas and a coffee bar. The student scheme was constructed concurrently with an adjoining new-build 237-bed hotel, both built within the same footprint.

The Site

A redevelopment of the site of the 1960’s former Metropolitan College of Business Studies, situated on a prominent corner of McClintock/Brunswick St within ‘The Linen Green’ area.
