New-build mixed-use Student and Hotel development. Purpose built student accommodation comprising 476 beds and hotel comprising 237 beds.

Site

Demolition of the existing building. The development occupies a prime site in the heart of Belfast City Centre and the scheme will replace the old Met College. The scheme sits on a prominent corner of McClintock/ Brunswick St within an area known as ‘The Linen Green’.
