Project Description

Construction of a 770-unit purpose-built student accommodation development spanning 19 storeys. Designed to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating, the scheme places sustainability, wellbeing and community at its core.

The building offers a rich range of shared amenities to support both academic life and social connection, including two resident lounges, a fully equipped gym, screen room, games room, private dining space, communal study areas and dedicated spaces for socialising. Generous cycle storage, along with landscaped external gardens and podium terraces, further enhance the day-to-day student experience.

The Site

Plot NE01 occupies a prominent corner location at the junction of Fulton Road and Rutherford Way, within the North East Lands neighbourhood of Wembley Park. The site sits at the heart of one of London’s most ambitious regeneration areas, benefiting from excellent public transport connections, proximity to Union Park and the wider Wembley Park cultural and leisure offer.
