The building uses carefully chosen materials of charcoal grey brick and copper-effect metal cladding and a range of fenestration types and projecting balconies.

The development was designed to a “Code for Sustainable Homes” Level 4 and BREEAM ‘Very Good’ achieved for the commercial units.
