The construction of a 10-storey Premier Inn hotel in central Milton Keynes to provide 180 bedrooms, conference facilities, a ground floor restaurant and car and bike parking.
The project will be utilising off site sustainable construction methods such as, the building structure will be part in-situ and part precast reinforced concrete frame constructed on piled foundations. External walls are to be a mixture of rainscreen cladding, insulated render and curtain walling and works will include hard and soft landscaping.
This new hotel will infill a vacant site strategically located in the centre of Milton Keynes and reinstate missing street continuity with strong frontage at street level to Avebury. The site sits on part of the main grid road system and the hotel entrance will front onto Avebury Boulevard with the landscaped park behind.
