Construction of a 409-unit purpose built student accommodation development spanning 11-storeys in an ‘L’ shaped layout, to include amenity spaces on the Ground Floor. The building will feature a gym, private dining room, study and breakout spaces as well as a sky lounge on the roof, offering spectacular panoramic views over the city.

Located on a brownfield site at the junction of Queens Road and London Road, the development is next to Nottingham Railway Station.
