Construction of reinforced concrete framed PRS residential accommodation block of up to 18 storeys, with a 3 storey link building, basement plant area, retail units facing onto station square, including completion of basement car park/podium slab structure and finishes.
The development creates a unique character and identity for South West Lands, using traditional building form and proportions – the building has a base, a middle and a top with a handcrafted feel – using traditional brickwork on metsec framing and standing seam metal cladding, that has the character of a restored heritage building.

Quintain Limited and associated companies have obtained a High Court injunction preventing unauthorised access into buildings and building sites at their Wembley Park development.
This follows a number of incidents where individuals placed themselves and others in danger.
