Project Description

A new build mixed-used development on a canal side site which will deliver 332 modern serviced accommodation rooms, commercial and retail space, and the replacement of the existing Westminster Cleansing Depot with an upgraded structure.

Designed to achieve a BREEAM Outstanding rating and ranging in height from three to 12-storeys, the development will offer a variety of residents’ amenities at ground and lower ground levels, such as a well-being centre, a swimming pool and a cinema.

The Site

Taxi House is the transformation of the former London Taxi Drivers’ Association headquarters on Woodfield Road into a new waterside destination on the Grand Union Canal.

The development will also provide 15,000 sq ft of workspace, performance space to be available for use by local community groups and a new public realm will be created, spanning from the entrance of the site to the waterfront.

Our dedicated team of experts, from the initial design concept to final completion.
