Project Description
Design & Build construction of a 445-bed student accommodation development which will provide a new landmark high rise development in the City. Amenities include a communal area on the 21st floor and a landscaped roof terrace on the 22nd floor with unrivalled views across Sheffield. Amongst the floors are a cinema room, communal kitchen and extensive common areas and study spaces. The units will be arranged in a mix of clusters and studios all within an impressive 22-storey building and accessed via a dedicated reception and entrance.
The Site
The development occupies a prime site in the heart of Sheffield City Centre situated adjacent to the Sheffield Hallam University campus. It is located at the junction of Eyre Street and Furnival Gate and adjacent a Jurys Inn hotel.
